What can you do?

The first point of call is to speak to your manager or HR at your workplace, as they have a duty to prevent bullying and harassment in the workplace. There should be a grievance procedure you can follow in your workplace and you should read your organisation grievance’s policies.

If you are not comfortable to do that, because you may fear that it will result in further problems, or you have followed the procedure but the matter has still not been resolved, then you may want to speak to us for guidance and support to get an independent and impartial view on your work situation.
